Yes. The candidate speaks with an AI interviewer that listens and responds during the conversation. It introduces itself as an AI. The public demo is a fictional Paper Sales Manager interview at Dunder Mifflin.
The public video demo runs in English. Additional video languages are being qualified during beta; contact us about the languages you need. Phone screening already supports 34 languages.
For the beta, use a laptop with Chrome or Safari, a working camera and microphone, and a stable connection. More devices are still being qualified. Phone screens remain available for roles where a phone conversation is a better fit.
Both participants' video and audio are recorded after the candidate consents. The hiring team's authorized reviewers can play the recording from the candidate's page alongside the transcript and scorecard. Candidates who do not want to be recorded should contact the employer about another way to interview.

Use the reconnect option on the interview page, or reopen your original interview link. Rejoin promptly so the interview can resume with the same questions and interviewer settings. Reconnecting does not add a separate charge. If recovery is unavailable, contact the employer.
Yes. Your interviewer's name, voice, avatar, custom guidance, and the role's questions and company context are provided to the video interviewer. Settings are saved when an interview starts so a reconnect keeps the same experience.
On the current subscription plans, one completed video screen uses two included screen credits. Basic includes 25 credits, Pro 100, and Enterprise 1,000 each month. After the allowance, a completed video screen costs $8; one remaining credit reduces it to $4. Trial, legacy, prepaid, and AppSumo phone credits remain phone-only. Incomplete video interviews and incomplete recordings are not charged.
Video is a limited beta enabled per organization. Try the free public demo or request beta access. The ordinary signup trial includes ten phone screens and does not automatically enable customer video interviews. The video beta is for people aged 18 and older.
The public demo asks three questions and runs for up to three minutes. The current beta supports short interviews of up to five minutes. Plan your questions for that limit; longer sessions are still being qualified.
