Run your hiring from ChatGPT or Claude.

Connect PhoneScreen to your AI assistant, then ask. It scores resumes, invites or calls candidates, reads you every screen’s scores, and checks references. It reports. You decide.

A 58-second captioned film of PhoneScreen connected to an AI assistant. Drop in a stack of resumes. Get a shortlist back. Ask who’s worth a call. Or have it call them now. Ask for references. It follows up for you. Your whole hiring pipeline. In ChatGPT or Claude. In the first chat, 10 resumes are scored for a Warehouse Associate role: 6 yes, 2 maybe, 2 no, and the assistant asks before emailing the 6 a link to their phone screen. In the second, it lists overnight screens strongest first, summarizes the top candidate, and places a screen call to a candidate who had not done hers. In the third, it texts a candidate for 2 references, then checks them: one answers by text, the other gets a reminder and takes a call, and both come back scored.
What you can ask

Every step of the pipeline, one message away.

Ask in plain English. The assistant picks the right PhoneScreen tool, runs it on your account, and tells you what happened.

  1. Turn a job post into a role

Paste the posting. It drafts the role and five job-related screening questions, shows you, and creates the role with its apply link when you say so.

You ask: “Turn this job post into a phone screen role.”

  2. Score a stack of resumes

Attach resumes, 10 at a time. Each comes back with a fit score out of 100, a Yes, Maybe or No, and the reasons.

You ask: “Score these resumes for Warehouse Associate.”

  3. Invite the best to screen

It emails each one a link to their phone screen. They screen when it suits them, 24/7, in 30+ languages.

You ask: “Email the 6 strong ones a link to their screen.”

  4. Call someone now

Need an answer today? It places the AI phone screen call right away, to US and Canada numbers.

You ask: “Ana Ruiz hasn’t done hers yet. Call her now.”

  5. Read every score

Strongest first, with each answer scored out of 100, the reasoning, flags to double-check, and the transcript when you want it.

You ask: “Who finished their screen overnight? Strongest first.”

  6. Check references

It texts the candidate for references, then Reference Agent texts or calls each one, sends reminders, and scores what they say.

You ask: “Ask Maya Brooks for 2 references, then check them.”

Everything it does lands in your PhoneScreen dashboard too, so your team sees the same candidates, scores and references.

Why it matters

The work between the steps is the slow part. Now it’s one sentence.

Bulk work in a sentence

“Score these 40 resumes and invite the Yes pile.” It runs the batches, adds the candidates, sends the invites, and tells you what it did.

Steps chained for you

From a job post to screened candidates without opening a dashboard: draft, create, score, add, invite, review. Each answer feeds the next step.

Where you already work

Your screens, scores and references sit in the same chat as your notes and email drafts. The dashboard stays in sync, so your team sees the same results.

You stay in charge

It reports. You decide.

Your assistant works through your PhoneScreen account, with the permissions you pick when you connect it.

  • Asks before it contacts anyone

Calls, texts and emails go out the moment they are sent, so it confirms who and what with you first.

  • Never decides on a score

Scores summarize what candidates said. Nobody is accepted or rejected unless you say so.

  • Only what you allow

When you connect, you choose what it may do: see roles, edit them, see results, update candidates, contact people. It can never do more than your own account.

  • Disconnect in one click

Every connected assistant is listed under Settings → Developers. Disconnect one and its access stops right away.

  • Job-related questions only

It won’t write screening questions about age, health, family, religion or other protected characteristics.

Questions

What teams ask first

What is MCP?

The Model Context Protocol, the open standard ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants use to connect to apps. PhoneScreen runs an MCP server, so your assistant can use PhoneScreen on your behalf, with your permission.

Does it cost extra?

No. Connecting an assistant is free. You pay for completed screens as always: first 10 free, then $4 each.

Can I attach resumes in the chat?

In ChatGPT, yes, up to 10 per batch. In other assistants, share links to the resumes, or score them with the free resume screener and review the results from your assistant.

Will it call or email people without asking?

It is set up to confirm who and what with you first. Once you say yes, calls, texts and emails go out right away.

Does the AI decide who gets hired?

No. Scores summarize answers to help you decide. A candidate is accepted or rejected only when you say so.

What about reference checks?

They run through Reference Agent, free while in beta. If the reference tools don’t show up in your assistant, email [email protected] and we’ll turn it on.

Hire from the chat.

Create your account, connect your assistant, and ask for your first shortlist. First 10 screens free, then $4 per completed screen.
