These Terms govern access to and use of the PhoneScreen.AI services provided by PhoneScreenAI LLC. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
The service
PhoneScreen.AI helps organizations conduct and summarize automated recruiting phone screens and employment reference checks. The service may use artificial intelligence and may generate recordings, transcripts, summaries, ratings, or other outputs. These outputs assist human decision-making and should be reviewed for accuracy and lawful use.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, protect your account, use the service only for lawful recruiting and employment purposes, and obtain all notices and consents required for calls, recordings, artificial intelligence, text messages, and processing of personal information. You must not use the service to discriminate unlawfully, make fully automated employment decisions where prohibited, send unsolicited messages, or upload information you lack the right to use.
PhoneScreen.AI SMS program
Candidates may separately and voluntarily opt in to transactional text messages about a requested PhoneScreen.AI interview, including invitations, scheduling confirmations, reminders, and support replies. SMS consent is optional and is not required to complete an interview or use our services.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Fees
Paid features are billed at the prices and on the terms presented when purchased. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are nonrefundable. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
Intellectual property
PhoneScreenAI LLC and its licensors own the service and related software, branding, and materials. You retain rights in information you submit and grant us the limited rights needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs are complete, accurate, or suitable for any employment decision. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PhoneScreenAI LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or opportunities.
