Candidate SMS consent
Candidates see this choice after providing a mobile number for a PhoneScreen.AI interview. SMS enrollment is optional and the checkbox is never preselected.
How enrollment works
- A candidate opens a PhoneScreen.AI interview supplied by the employer for a specific job.
- The candidate personally enters their mobile number.
- The candidate may actively select the unchecked SMS consent box and continue with text updates, or select “Continue without texts.”
- Both choices continue to the same interview. Only candidates who affirmatively opt in may receive transactional SMS messages.
- An enrolled candidate can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP.
